1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Planly, Inc. governing your use of the Planly platform and all associated services. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf.

2. Acceptable Use

Planly is designed for students to manage school assignments and academic work. By using the service, you agree to:

• •Use Planly only for lawful, educational purposes.
• •Not share your account credentials with others.
• •Not upload or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• •Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform or its AI features.
• •Not use Planly to violate your school's academic honesty policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription & Billing

• •Pro is billed at $4.99 per month, charged automatically on the same date each month.
• •All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are your responsibility.
• •Payments are processed by a secure third-party provider. We do not store your card details.
• •Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time with no cancellation fees:

• •Cancel in your account settings, or by emailing support@getplanlyai.com.
• •Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain Pro access until then.
• •We do not offer partial-month refunds, except where required by applicable law.
• •If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

The Planly platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Planly, Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without written consent.

You retain ownership of the content you create (your assignments, notes, etc.). By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Planly does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planly's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Planly in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Planly after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
